Boshart 4-1/2" x 20" Carbon Block Cartridge — 10 Micron (14-GCB2-10)
A 10-micron carbon block cartridge for point-of-use and reverse osmosis systems. It cuts down chlorine and the taste and odor that come with it, while also catching sediment as water passes through.
The cartridge is made from high-purity activated carbon pressed into a solid block. A carbon block contacts the water more thoroughly than loose granular carbon, so it removes more chlorine and does it more consistently. The solid construction also holds dirt well and releases far fewer carbon fines than granular filters, so you get less black dust at startup.
It works in a range of setups—home, food service, commercial, and industrial. The 4-1/2" x 20" size fits standard "big blue" housings used in higher-flow systems.
