This package fits VIQUA D-series systems: the D, D4/PLUS, D4-V, C, C4, C4-V, and IHS (D4). If the lamp currently in your system is a 602805, this is the one you want.
You get everything your system needs for a year in one box:

5-micron spun polypropylene sediment cartridge
10-micron carbon block cartridge
The sediment cartridge catches sand, rust, and dirt first. The carbon block takes out chlorine along with the taste and smell that come with it. The UV lamp handles the disinfection. All three are meant to be changed once a year, so replacing them together keeps the whole system working the way it should.
